Where are you located?
We're based at Meadowmill Cottages — cross the bridge and keep to the left. You can't miss us. Free secure parking is available on site.
How do I book and pay?
Everything is booked online. Pick your park and time slot, pay securely by card, and your gate code arrives instantly by email.
How many dogs can I bring?
Each booking covers up to three dogs from the same household at no extra cost.
What are your opening times?
We're open every day from 8am until 8pm, all year round.
Is parking available?
Yes — a large, free car park sits right next to the fields, with plenty of space for vans and trailers.
What happens in bad weather?
The parks stay open in all weather, and every field has a shelter. If conditions ever become unsafe, we'll contact you to rebook free of charge.
What about dog waste?
Free waste bags are available throughout the parks, with bins at every exit. Please pick up after your dogs.
Can I share my session with a friend?
Sessions are exclusive to one booking, so you always get the field to yourselves. Friends are welcome to join you, but the three-dog limit still applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change — cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
Are dogs required to have insurance?
No insurance is required, but your dogs remain your responsibility throughout the visit.
What if the previous user is still in the park when I arrive?
Sessions include a 10-minute changeover, so please wait in the car park until the previous group has left and the gate is clear.
Are there any rules I should know about?
Just the basics: stick to your booked field, pick up after your dogs, and keep dogs on a lead between the car park and your gate.
